The timber delivered to our wood processing plant in Chrośnica is of the best quality, as it has been sorted in the forest.
First of all, the wood is initially processed – it is peeled and cut to the appropriate length.
Then, the posts are peeled in a special room. The scrap generated in the peeling process is automatically transported to the incineration unit which powers the drying chamber.
After machine-processing, the wood is stored in a special storage area. The posts are now ready to be impregnated.
Posts for impregnation with preservatives must have the proper moisture content. If moisture content is too high, the posts go to the drying chamber.
When they are dry enough, the posts are pressure-impregnated. The treatment takes place in computer-controlled autoclaves.
Impregnated posts are transported onto special carts to storage area.
Finished posts are stored, ready for shipment.
